DELIVERY TIME
Orders are processed Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:45 PM AEST, and on Saturdays between 9:00 AM and 10:45 AM AEST.
Shipping timelines will vary based on the destination of the order.
All orders (domestic and international) are shipped via Australia Post and can be tracked here.
SAME DAY DISPATCH
Orders using the "Same Day Dispatch" option must be placed between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (excluding Public Holidays).
If an order is placed outside of this timeframe, it will be shipped on the next business day.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Orders placed between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery.
- Customers will receive an email or text notification when their order is ready for delivery.
- All orders will be left in a safe place at the shipping address.
- Once delivered, a picture of the parcel at the drop-off location will be taken.
- Nofgiven is NOT responsible for any theft, loss, or damage once the parcel has been delivered.
DELIVERY
If you are not home at the time of delivery, a Delivery Attempt Notification Card may be left.
- Australian Customers: Your order will be redirected to your local post office, where it can be collected with a valid Photo ID.
ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- A unique tracking code will be provided, allowing you to track your package online.
- Please allow up to 48 hours (Monday - Saturday) for your tracking number to be updated.
- If you do not receive your tracking number, check your Junk/Spam folder.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Nofgiven processes orders promptly to ensure timely deliveries. If you place duplicate orders, they may be shipped before Customer Care can address the issue.
- If an incorrect shipping address is provided, the order will be returned to Nofgiven Streetwear.
- Orders returned to our warehouse as undeliverable will be processed as a return.
- Nofgiven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or transit delays.
- Once an order is marked delivered by tracking, Nofgiven holds no further responsibility.
- Some packages may require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign, the package will be sent to the local post office for collection.
- Transit times are estimates only and may vary due to unforeseen delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
- Customs Delays: There may be delays due to customs processing, which are beyond our control.
- Taxes & Fees: Nofgiven does not collect or handle any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees.
- If you decline to pay your country’s customs fees, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse, and a store credit will be issued. Any return shipment fees will be deducted from the store credit.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Nofgiven does not operate on public holidays. Orders placed during public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
